ReturnDesk provides back-office software for licensed Connecticut State Marshals. This policy explains what information we handle and how.
To provide and operate the service, secure your account, prevent credential sharing, and support you. That’s it.
We never sell or rent your data, and we don’t use your records to train third-party AI models. We share information only with the service providers needed to run ReturnDesk (for example, hosting and email delivery), under contract and only as needed.
You can export your records at any time. You control your book; we hold it on your behalf.
We keep your records while your account is active and for the seven-year period Connecticut state marshals are expected to retain records. After that, or on your request, we export and then delete your data.
Your data is encrypted and walled off from every other marshal’s account. See the Security page for details.
We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking.
You may access, correct, export or delete your data. Email us and we’ll help.
If we change this policy we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
